Who can join the affiliate program?+
Every WHAT Shipping account holder can join. There is no application, audience minimum, or paid-plan requirement. You must accept the Partner Program Terms before your link becomes active.
What does the person I refer receive?+
A new customer attributed to your link gets 35% off their first month on a Pro or Ultra monthly plan. That referral offer replaces the public introductory discount and never stacks with another coupon.
How is recurring commission calculated?+
You earn 35% of subscription revenue WHAT Shipping actually collects from your referrals, net of taxes, credits, and refunds. One-time credit-pack purchases are excluded.
When does the $25 bonus apply?+
The one-time bonus vests when a referred monthly subscriber makes their second paid monthly payment. For annual subscriptions, it vests after the confirmation hold.
When and how do I get paid?+
Available balances of at least $25.00 are paid through PayPal in the monthly batch on the 15th. Commissions have a 30-day confirmation hold, and the first payout is manually reviewed.
How does referral tracking work?+
Visitors see a clear referral banner and choose whether to accept the referral. Accepted referrals use a 30-day consent cookie. Attribution is set once, self-referrals are rejected, and refunds or lost disputes reverse the related commission.
