Partner Program Terms

These terms govern the WHAT Shipping partner program operated by Tagan Labs LLC. By accepting them on the Affiliate page and sharing your referral link, you agree to everything below. They supplement our Terms of Service.

1. The Program

• Every WHAT Shipping account holder may participate — no separate approval is required to start sharing your link.
• People who subscribe through your link get 35% off their first month on a monthly plan. This replaces (never stacks with) any public introductory discount.
• You earn 35% of every subscription payment we actually collect from customers you referred, for as long as they remain subscribed, plus a one-time $25 bonus per referred customer that vests when they make their second monthly payment (for annual plans, after the confirmation hold).

2. Commission Basis

• Commissions are calculated on collected subscription revenue net of taxes and any credited or refunded amounts. One-time credit pack purchases do not earn commission.
• All commissions are held for a 30-day confirmation period before becoming payable.
• If a referred payment is refunded, disputed, or charged back, the associated commission is reversed — including after payout, in which case the amount is deducted from your future balance.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made via PayPal only, to the email you provide.
• The minimum payout is $25. Balances below the minimum roll over.
• Payouts are batched monthly on or around the 15th. Your first payout is subject to manual review and identity/tax verification.
• You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. US persons may be asked to complete a Form W-9 (we issue 1099-NEC where required); non-US persons may be asked to complete a Form W-8BEN.

4. Promotion Rules

You may NOT:

• Refer yourself, your own accounts, or your household/business entities
• Enter reciprocal arrangements designed to farm bonuses
• Bid on "WHAT Shipping", "whatshipping", or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or impersonate our brand
• Post your link on coupon or deal sites to intercept customers already in our checkout
• Use spam, bots, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, or misleading placements
• Make earnings or product claims we do not make ourselves — all WHAT Shipping figures are estimates derived from public signals, never exact sales or confirmed revenue, and your promotion must reflect that

If you promote your link where you have an audience (social media, YouTube, newsletters), you must clearly disclose your material connection to us (for example "#ad" or "I earn a commission"), consistent with FTC guidance and local equivalents.

5. Fraud and Termination

• We may withhold, reverse, or cancel commissions from activity that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
• We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violations. Vested, unpaid legitimate earnings above the minimum are paid out on the normal schedule after termination.
• We may change commission rates, discounts, or these terms prospectively with notice; changes never claw back already-vested earnings.

6. Relationship

Participation does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You are an independent referrer. Sections 7–14 of our Terms of Service (warranties, liability, dispute resolution, governing law) apply to this program.
