Public data and removal policy
Last Updated: July 16, 2026
WHAT Shipping? indexes signals about ecommerce stores and products from public web pages and specialist data providers. We do not have access to a merchant's private Shopify admin, bank account, payment processor or advertising account.
Estimated information
Traffic, sales ranges, rankings and momentum are estimates built from observable signals. They are not audited results. Our methodology page explains the evidence and limitations in more detail.
Requesting a correction
If you operate a store shown on WHAT Shipping? and believe its public information is inaccurate, contact support with the store domain, the specific field in question and evidence of the correction. We may ask you to verify control of the domain before changing non-publicly verifiable information.
Requesting removal from public discovery
A verified store owner or authorised representative can request that a store and its products be removed from public browse and search surfaces. Submit the domain and your relationship to it through support. We review requests individually and may retain limited internal records where required for security, legal compliance, suppression of re-imports or account records.
What to include
- The store domain and the relevant WHAT Shipping? URL.
- Your name, role and a business email associated with the domain.
- Whether you want a correction, public removal, or both.
- Any evidence needed to understand the request.
Review process
We acknowledge requests through the support system, verify identity where appropriate, and confirm the outcome when review is complete. This policy supplements the rights described in our Privacy Policy.
