Important Disclaimer About WHAT Shipping? Limitations

WHAT Shipping? is a dropshipping intelligence tool. All figures we present — including estimated traffic, estimated sales ranges, winner scores, momentum scores, dropshipping likelihood, and Google Shopping visibility — are estimates derived from public signals. They are never exact revenue, ad spend, or order figures. Signals change constantly and no automated system can capture every data point. Please understand the limitations of our tool and use it as one input in your product research. WHAT Shipping? is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify, Google, or Meta.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WHAT Shipping?, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Service Description

WHAT Shipping? is an ecommerce product and store intelligence platform. Through its website, browser extension, and related research tools, it connects observations from public and third-party catalogue, ranking, advertising, app, market, and store sources. Features may include Signal, Sonar, Radar, watchlists, team research tools, and evidence pages.

The platform uses those observations to surface products and stores worth researching, along with signal-based estimates, classifications, comparisons, and scores. A store or product appearing in the platform does not confirm its fulfilment model, commercial performance, or future results.

Important: Our reports and scores are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial outcomes of any data. Business decisions you make based on our intelligence are your own responsibility.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not abuse the service through automated scraping or excessive requests
• Not resell or redistribute our data or reports without permission
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You may NOT:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer our technology or scoring methods
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the service
• Resell data, reports, or access to the service

5. Payment Terms

• Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and subject to change with notice
• Paid subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle and are not prorated
• Limited exceptions may apply — see our Refund Policy
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

6. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: WHAT Shipping? owns all rights to the platform, technology, scoring models, and branding. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works.

Your Rights: Intelligence and reports made available to you are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell or publicly redistribute them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or completeness of estimates, scores, and reports
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for business decisions based on our data or scores
• We are not liable for the performance of any product or store you research
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tagan Labs LLC from any claims arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You engage in fraudulent activity
• Required by law

11. Analytics and Advertising Cookies

By using WHAT Shipping?, you acknowledge that we use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel by default to understand product usage and measure advertising, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time via Cookie preferences in the site footer or your dashboard settings. Opting out does not affect essential cookies needed to run your account.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA.

Arbitration: Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, except for intellectual property disputes.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

14. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tagan Labs LLC
• Severability: If any provision is invalid, the rest remains in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
• Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our consent
