Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel your WHATShipping? subscription at any time from your billing portal.

• No Prorated Refunds: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
• Access Until End of Period: You retain access and all plan benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Re-subscribe Anytime: You can re-subscribe at any time after cancellation.

Exceptions

The only circumstances where refunds may be considered:

• Technical Failure: If our service is unavailable for a sustained period due to technical issues on our end, we may issue a refund at our discretion
• Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a system error, we will correct the charge
• Fraudulent Charges: If your account was compromised and unauthorized purchases were made, contact us immediately

All exception requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and are subject to verification.

Dispute Process

If you believe you qualify for an exception under the circumstances listed above:

• Email legal@whatshipping.com within 7 days of the charge
• Include your order ID or transaction reference
• Provide a detailed explanation and supporting evidence
• We will review and respond within 5 business days

Note: Requests for refunds outside of the listed exceptions will be denied.

Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after processing
• Total time: up to 20 business days from approval

No Refunds For

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Unused remaining subscription time
• Dissatisfaction with estimates, scores, or results
• The performance of any product or store you researched
• Violations of our Terms of Service
• Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
