No — and anyone who tells you otherwise is guessing. Every figure on WHAT Shipping? is an estimate built from real signals: traffic, best-seller ranks, ad activity, store metadata. We never fabricate exact sales or revenue numbers.
How does the 7-day Pro trial work?
The trial starts when you create an account — once per account, no card required. You receive 1,000 trial credits with full Pro access and pay nothing. If you never add a payment method, the trial simply ends and your account returns to Free — there is no charge and nothing to cancel. Add a card any time during or after the trial to continue at $49/month. Partner referral discounts still apply when you have an active offer; the public intro discount does not stack on top of a used trial.
What do the monthly credits cover?
Before signup, ask one question free with Signal. No credit card required. Pro and Ultra include a monthly allowance that powers seller actions — Signal searches, price-comparison panels, store dossiers, and live store scans. Sonar's full feed is included with Pro and Ultra and does not use credits. Subscriber credits refresh every billing month; top-up packs never expire. After the trial, a Free account gets 100 credits that refresh at the start of every month, plus 15 Radar reveals a day that never use credits at all. Every Free Signal message, including follow-ups, uses the live Signal credit cost.
What's the difference between Pro and Ultra?
Ultra is Pro for teams: the same full Sonar feed plus Sonar and platform CSV exports, 3 seats, a 3× shared credit pool, an unlimited watchlist, and priority scan queues.
