Watch is not a listing
Add a store, product, or Meta advertiser when you want to be told it moved — and you are not ready to import. Free includes 3 slots and a daily digest. Pro is unlimited slots with instant alerts on rank jumps and new stores. Watching does not reserve a supplier or publish a draft.
List when the checklist clears
Move from watch to import when you have a potential supplier and you are willing to open a Shopify draft. If you are still waiting to see whether the climb holds tomorrow, stay on the watchlist. Radar ranks refresh once a day — one more UTC day is a cheap wait.
Don't treat alerts as a buy signal
An instant alert means the public rank or store set changed. It does not mean the product will keep climbing, and it does not mean you should spend on ads tonight. Open the product, re-run the checklist, then decide.
